FAQ – Checkout, Orders & Support
How to Place an Order
Place the products you want to purchase into your shopping cart.
Go to checkout using either PayPal or the standard checkout option.
Enter your email, full name, and complete shipping address.
If you have a discount code, apply it in the Discount field before continuing.
Confirm your address → complete your payment details → click Complete Order.
After checkout, confirmation will appear on screen and will also be delivered by email. Support: service@virelinx.com
Incorrect or Missing Items
Please send support the following information:
Order number
Photo under 1MB showing the issue clearly
After the issue is confirmed, the correct products will be shipped without extra payment. Email: service@virelinx.com
Confirming Orders
Your order confirmation and order number will be sent by email. If you do not see it, please review your spam or junk folder.
Modifying Orders
Order changes may be accepted before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the order day. After this deadline, the order may already enter processing. Contact: service@viirelle.com
Cart Operations
Add items: Choose available options → Add to Cart
View cart: Use the cart icon
Adjust quantity: Change the Quantity amount
Remove item: Use the Remove option
Recommended Browsers
For stable browsing, use current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge/IE.
Payment Methods
Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay.
PayPal Payments
Select PayPal → log in → approve payment → return to the confirmation page.
Applying Discounts
Enter the code → press Apply → the discount will display in your order summary.
