Return Policy

Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled while they are still pending shipment and have not entered production.
If the cancellation is confirmed before dispatch, the full purchase amount will be refunded to the payment method originally used.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation can no longer be processed.

Returns
A return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must satisfy the following conditions to be accepted:

The item must be unused and remain in original condition.
The product must include its original packaging.
A valid order confirmation or purchase record must be provided.

Please contact customer support before mailing any item back. Products returned without proper instructions may not be processed correctly.
Customers will not pay more than one shipping cost in total, which may include both the original shipment and return shipment if applicable.
No restocking fee will be deducted from returns.

Refunds
When the returned item has been received and inspected, an email notification will confirm that the return has been processed.
You will be notified whether the refund request is approved.
Approved refunds will be sent back to the original payment method, usually within several business days depending on the payment service provider.

Delayed or Missing Refunds
If the refund has not appeared in your account:

Check your bank account again for any posted refund.
Contact your card issuer, as refund posting may require additional time.
Contact your bank, because each institution may process refunds differently.

Return Shipping
Once the return has been approved, return instructions will be provided.
Customer-requested returns for personal reasons may require the customer to cover return shipping.
If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, the return shipping cost will be covered.
