Processing Time
Most orders are packed and prepared for dispatch within five working days after the order has been successfully completed.
Once the package is shipped, delivery generally takes about 10–20 business days, depending on the delivery country and the carrier responsible for transportation.
Shipping timelines may occasionally be longer due to:
• customs processing, inspection, or clearance delays
• carrier-related transportation interruptions
• weather disruptions, route delays, or other operational difficulties

Tracking Your Shipment
After your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email containing tracking information.
You may use this tracking information through standard parcel tracking tools to check the movement and delivery progress of your shipment.

Shipping Cost
All orders are charged a flat international shipping fee of $2.99 USD.
Delivery Coverage
International shipping is currently available worldwide.
If delivery cannot be completed to a specific destination because of shipping restrictions or logistical constraints, we will inform you as soon as possible and help determine an alternative arrangement.

Updating Delivery Information
Requests to modify a shipping address must be made before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the same day the order is placed.
After this time, the order may already be processed, so delivery address changes may no longer be possible.

Different Billing & Shipping Addresses
Customers may select a delivery address that does not match the billing address used for payment.
Order Fulfillment Schedule
Orders are fulfilled on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding official holidays.
Orders placed over the weekend are usually processed on the next available business day.
Warehouse & Manufacturing Fulfillment
Products may be dispatched from regional inventory warehouses depending on stock availability.
Certain products may also be manufactured and shipped directly from facilities in the United States, Canada, or Australia, based on stock allocation and logistics requirements.
